      We rewarded ourselves for another good week at work with a half day and lunch at Cafe Milk. The wraps are soooo tasty, I have to try and recreate them for lunch at home.

    One of my photos of the aurora was featured on the BBC weather website and I decided to write a little tutorial filled with all the tips we've picked up for taking your shot of the Northern Lights.

    I've been experimenting with Gin Mare this week, a really aromatic gin from the Mediterranean, and used it to infuse my rosemary gin chocolate pots. I topped them with fresh rosemary and sea salt which tasted amazing. Recipe coming in a few weeks time, so check back...
