I've been experimenting with double exposure photography for Lomography's new Lomo'Instant camera and came up with this eerie alter ego selfie. I love how it turned out.

Lamb's sent me their collection of rums to experiment with for Cocktail Hour and had requested some "British character" inspired recipes, so I put my think cap on.

My first invention, using up the remainders from Easter, was a hot cross bun bread & butter pudding infused with the spiced rum. It tasted amazing and I can't wait to share the recipe in a few weeks.
