It's my Nana's birthday tomorrow, so we headed through to Burntisland to give her an early party.

Dime didn't look too impressed to see us until we brought out the cake.

I found some super cute pots that I remembered from when I was a little kid in the cupboard while hunting for cake plates.

My chocolate marmalade cake went down very very well and Nana even said it was the best cake she'd ever eaten.

Bake at home, my urge to cook continued so I made summer rolls for dinner with teriyaki Quorn pork, carrots and beetroot. This is a great meal to eat in the summer because the rolls are filling and really refreshing. They're also lots of fun to roll yourself at the table.
