    I spent the whole day baking for our Mother's Day afternoon tea tomorrow and though I was exhausted by the end of it, we had a table filled with amazing treats.

    First, I baked a batch of lemon & poppy seed scones.

    Next up I made a G&T drizzle cake with lemon, lime, mint and Daffy's Gin. The recipe will be up next weekend!

    Then I baked a batch of raspberry & biscuit brownies infused with spiced gin.

    Finally I baked a whisky & pecan cheesecake with The Dubliner Whisky liqueur.
