    It was Mother's Day today and I invited Mum and Nana over for a homemade afternoon tea.

    I'd spent the whole previous day baking and had made salmon & cream cheese pinwheels, jammy dodger red onion tarts, lemon & poppy seed scones and a lots of caked including a g&t drizzle cake, raspberry brownies and a whisky pecan cheesecake.

    Everyone was stuffed by the end of the meal but that didn't stop them from asking for seconds.

      We worked off the food with a walk around Beecraigs Country Park where the Highland cows were relaxing in the grass.
