There's an interview with us about our book in the new issue of Simply Handmade Magazine.

There are even goofy looking photos of us on our trip.

We've been cooking with a lot of gin recently and I was hoping to expand our experimenting into other spirits too which was perfect timing because The Duppy Share sent me a bottle of their Caribbean Rum.

I baked some rum & raisin truffles with almond meal and coconut oil which were really tasty and quite healthy too.
