I've been having so much fun mixing up cocktails for CO+K and inventing new recipes but, when Warner Edwards asked if they could recreate my Rhubarb & Ginger Gimlet for a Valentine's photo shoot, I felt like a proper mixologist.

I've been experimenting with Love.Gin from Eden Brewery for a Valentine's themed Cocktail Hour of our own.

So far I've mixed up a Love Heartini and Gin & Tonic Truffles.
