    We were sad to see Ash leave but she did promise to come back soon and gave us some awesome presents to say thanks including peanut butter pretzels and a Nano block model of Big Ben which we finally got around to building today.

      We met up with Zomato this afternoon for tea and a chat at Eteaket. Laura had recommended their matcha latte and it tasted delicious. Zomato have restaurant reviews, similar to the ones for Google+, but one really helpful thing about their app is that they have scans of the menus for almost all the restaurants in Edinburgh.

      Afterwards we went for dinner at the new Yo! Sushi on Princes Street which has a lovely view over the castle.

      The January sale was still on so I treated myself to a glass of wine and the grilled aubergine, which I've never had before but quite liked.

    In the evening, I put a twist on my Vietnamese fish cake recipe by adding lemongrass and ginger which gave them a more spicier and fragrant taste.
