      We headed to Blairadam Forest to get our Christmas tree today and I though we'd have to get a smaller one as we would be driving it home in the back of Fig, but Tom picked out a giant 7 foot pine.

      Luckily it fit perfectly in the back of the car with the roof down and we got lots of funny looks as we drove home in the snow.

    The tree smells lovely in our apartment and we've decorated it with as many fairy lights as we could fit into the plug sockets.

    Jenny & Rin sent us a lovely little advent calendar filled with all the sights of Japan. I hope we can go back and visit them soon.
