    We woke up in London this morning and it felt so good to be back as we made our way to Shoreditch. It never feels like we've been gone that long when we're back in the city.

      We had hair cuts booked at Taylor Taylor and we had several cocktails while waiting for each other's cuts to end. I asked for a fringe that would grow out by the time it started to annoy me.

      It's become a tradition to document our new hair cuts with a photo in the photobooth at Rough Trade.

      We had our photos taken and then picked up some hipster cold brew coffee before wandering into the city.

    We spotted a Perspex crystal crown on the side of a building which was made for 2001 A Space Odyssey but didn't make it into the film.

      We visited the Tower Of London to see the poppies and it was so crowded with people.

      There were so many poppies and they looked amazing spiralling through the towers and floating under Traitors' Gate.

      Afterwards we headed up to Camden to meet up with Joe & Sarah at the Hawley Arms for mulled wine. It was so nice to catch up with them and I thought it was the coolest claim to fame ever when Joe said he's going to be in the new Star Wars movie.

      We went for more drinks at The Pembroke afterwards where it was just warm enough to sit in the beer garden and we even got to see a few fireworks.

      In the evening, Tom and I went for pizza at Otto and it was sooooo good. We were really sad to hear that it's going to be closing at the end of the year.

    When we got back to our hotel, we spotted a grey Figaro parked outside which I think was the same one we spotted on the morning we went to buy our own Fig, last time we were in London.
