      My parents came through in the evening and we went for dinner at the Vietnamese Pho House as Mum had never been before.

      We ordered the fish cakes so everyone could try what I was trying to cook a few weeks ago. They're so tasty.

    I tried baking my own crackers this week and we got some sage and port infused cheeses to try with them. I love super seedy crackers so I stuffed these with pumpkin, sesame and poppy seeds to make them super crunchy.
