We were sad to leave our cozy train carriage at Sleeperzz this morning but it was our last day in the north of Scotland and time to head home.

We stopped off to see the seals one last time at Loch Fleet and there were so many of them lazing on the sand banks.

We then stopped off at the Glenmorangie Distillery to get my Dad a little present.

They had an airstream serving seafood but we were a little too early, so I've made a note of it on my someday list for next time.

We then stopped off at Loch Ness to get a squished penny. I tried to hunt down the stone Nessie which I had my photo taken with when I was little but it's not there anymore.

There were lots of other sculptures to pose with and Tom thought it was no wonder that nobody can find Nessie after seeing all the ones they'd farmed for the gift shop.
