Nathan came to stay last night and to say thank you, he offered to cook us cinnamon pancakes for breakfast.

It was fun watching him in the kitchen and by the way he cooked, I have a sneaky feeling he might be a natural chef.

Breakfast was amazing! The pancakes were super crispy, somewhere between a pancake and a cinnamon roll with a cream cheese glaze.
