The cooking bug continued today as I attempted to make beetroot hummus for the first time. It was super tasty and Tom hates anything mushy, so I had the whole lot to myself.

The weather was a bit hit or miss today, but we took a little drive down to Stockbridge and went for coffee at Coffee Angel which turns out not to be an alternative branch of Urban Angel.
