      Today we went for lunch at The Warrington, a pub owned by @[17311958033:Gordon Ramsay] which is a few streets away from our house.

      There's an expensive restaurant upstairs but you can get lunch downstairs in the bar for a reasonable price.

      I got the onion tart and walnut salad, which was delicious and good "research" for the cook-along we're going to do later tonight.

      The place is amazing as it use to be an old hotel which they've converted in to a bar.

      Afterwards we went to The British Museum, where they had a gold Kate Moss statue. I'm not too sure about the pose.

      We then went to James Smith & Son’s Umbrella Shop so that my Dad could get a new umbrella. I love how London has specialist shops for everything you could need. My dad also got a chess set from the Chess Shop.

      We stopped by Liberty of London on the way home. It's London's oldest department store and it's very decadent.

      They have amazing crystal chandeliers hanging from the ceiling.

      Liberty has a really good craft section, though everything is a little on the expensive side. I wish I had a thousand pounds for one of these mannequins.

    I asked the salesman if it was bad luck to open up umbrellas in the shop to show them off and he said it was okay, pointing to a horse shoe on the wall.

    We headed home to prepare for Gordon Ramsay's cook along. We fell behind a couple of times but it was okay because we were able to pause the TV.

    The starter was a Warm Goat’s Cheese Salad. We used mozzarella instead because Mum doesn't like goat’s cheese.

    The main course was Salmon en Croute which was delicious. I'll definitely try making this again soon.
