    We won a couple of Chromecasts from Google, as part of their City Expert campaign and they arrived this morning. It works great with the TV and Tom's got plans to hack the second one to make Figaro's radio work with our phones.

      We had some time to kill before meeting my parents for a show at the festival this evening, so we headed to the One Square hotel for a cocktail on the terrace.

      It must have been the quietest bar in the whole of Edinburgh and we felt so relaxed, sipping on our Holy Breakfast cocktails and nibbling nuts.

      It was then time to meet my parents and I'd got us all tickets to see Jimeoin at the EICC. He was really funny and my Dad was relived when he didn't get picked on.

      Afterwards, we went for dinner at YummyTori where Tom tucked in to a bowl of pho, while I had their delicious wasabi prawns and okinomiyaki.

      Even though the okinomiyaki is completely different to the one we tried in Hiroshima, it's really good and I'm so glad there's somewhere to find it in Edinburgh.
