    It was too rainy for an adventure today so we settled for driving to Earthy for lunch. I got a little clip on vase for the car, so we can collect flowers while we're out and about, keep them fresh and press them when we get home. It also works great as a natural air freshener.

      We sat in the conservatory at Earthy which was quite atmospheric with the rain beating down on the plastic roof until a small child called Solomon started screeching in a super high pitch.

      We had rose lemonade and a salmon frittata which was delicious and served with a super tasty beetroot salad.

    I attempted to make tuna ahi salsa with homemade tortilla chips for dinner like the one we'd had at The Ranch in Tyler, Texas and have been craving ever since. I replaced coriander with parsley, so it didn't taste like soap and I think this dish will become a new regular in our kitchen:
