  1. Checkin at Taylor Taylor Boutique
    1. Edit

Our first stop appointment of the day was having our hair cuts at the Taylor Taylor boutique on Cheshire Street. We used to get our hair cut here when we lived in London, and apart from the stylists at Fashion Week, nowhere has ever done such a good job.

  3. Checkin at Rough Trade
    1. Edit

Feeling all shiny and new, we decided to document our new haircuts in the photo booth at Rough Trade afterwards.

  4. Checkin at Lady Dinah's Cat Emporium
    1. Edit

Though the waiting list was October for Lady Dinah's Cat Emporium, which is London's first cat cafe, we couldn't resist popping in to see if we could get a table.

    2. Edit

We were in luck, as they'd just had a cancellation and we couldn't wait to meet the cats.

    3. Edit

The cafe was much bigger than the one we'd visited in Tokyo, with two floors and lots of cubbies and places for the cats to hide. There were 11 cats and a lot more people, so anytime a cat wandered out from it's hiding place, it was instantly surrounded by eager customers wanting to pet it.

    4. Edit

We made ourselves comfy at one of the tables downstairs and ordered coffee which came dusted with chocolate cats and a pistachio cronut. A cronut is a donut made from croissant pastry and I was desperate to try one after hearing about them on Two Broke Girls. It tasted amazing!

The cats, though a little sleepy, were adorable and the staff were so friendly. If you're a cat lover, I'd highly recommend booking yourself in and checking the place out.

    8. Edit

The waitresses wear cat ears and I couldn't resist treating myself to a pearly cat headband from the gift shop on our way out.

  5. Checkin at Pho restaurant, Great Titchfield Street
    1. Edit

After Tom topped up his wardrobe with a shopping trip to Uniqlo, we went for dinner at Pho.

I ordered my usual veggie spring roll bun noodles and Tom ordered his favourite pho.

  6. Checkin at Oslo Hackney
    1. Edit

In the evening, we headed up to Hackney for Raz & Stella's wedding reception at Oslo. Sean was there too and it was nice getting to catch up with everyone. Afterwards we went to see Alistair for a catch up before heading home.
