It was the second day of sun in Edinburgh so we decided to make the most of it and head out to the Meadows for the afternoon. We picked up a cranachan froyo from Meadowberry which was bright pink and topped with granola and berries.
In the evening, Tom decided to get adventurous in the kitchen and attempt making a vegetarian version of Pizza Hut's pizza with a hot dog crust.
The pizza had four long tofu frankfurters inside the crust and was topped with mozzarella, olives and Quorn meatballs. It looked and tasted amazing but was far too filling for two people.
