      Lynsey was in Edinburgh this morning, before she headed back down to London, so we met up with her at Milk for breakfast and a coffee shop crawl. Tom and I shared the breakfast burrito which was delicious.

      Afterwards we headed to Loudon's for a good catch up over tea. It made me really miss having Lynsey as our weekly brunch buddy like when we lived in London.

      We ended our crawl by tucking in to amazing cakes at Lovecrumbs. Their peanut butter tarts are so tasty - I'll need to get the recipe.

    Tom's never been a fan of mac n cheese, so I decided to try and change his mind tonight by making the tastiest possible version with smoked chipotle, BBQ sauce, toasted hazelnuts and caramelised onion cheddar. It was so good that he finished the whole thing and asked me to make more tomorrow. Here's the recipe!
