    It was such a lovely day that my parents decided to bring my Nana through so we could go on a mini road-trip adventure down to the borders. The weather soon started to turn as we made our way down to West Linton and there was a huge hail shower.

      We stopped for lunch at the Olde Toll Tea House which was filled with walkers hiding away from the weather.

      I had a ploughman's platter but I'd come down with a nasty cold the night before so I wasn't really able to taste anything.
