Ash was visiting from London so we met up with her, Rob and a few of their friends at Captain's Bar. There was live folk music in the evening and it felt like we were in a Visit Scotland advert.

We stopped in to Nardini's on the way home. It's a new ice cream parlour in Bruntsfield and one great thing is that it's open until 10. We shared the peanut butter cheesecake which tasted amazing.
