    It was starting to feel like spring as we entered the meadows today with all the pretty flowers starting to bloom.

    However, as we got to the middle of the Meadows, a heavy hail shower started raining down on us.

      I managed to get all of my work for the week finished really early today (for the first time ever), so we decided to use up a voucher I had for brunch at 56 North.

      I had a giant Bloody Mary and a waffle topped with mushrooms. The food was okay but we wouldn't rush back.

      It maybe wasn't the best idea just after eating but we decided to have a look around the Surgeons Museum at Surgeons Hall. There were so many stomach-turning exhibits from gangrenous feet and a huge tumor to picked fetus and even part of someones face. My favourite item was a diary made from the skin of body snatcher Burke from Burke & Hare.

    There was a very exciting package waiting for us when we got home, which was the first copy of our book printed out on lots of sheets of paper so we could approve the design. We were so impressed and I can't wait to show it to everyone!
