    Tom and I decided to make pizza from scratch for dinner this evening.

    Tom took charge of the dough using pasta flour to make it really smooth and then cornmeal to give the crust an extra crunch.

    I was in charge of the toppings, so I combined my two favourite ingredients of sweet potato and macadamia nuts with sun-dried tomatoes, portabello mushroom, mozzarella and pesto. It tasted so good that Tom said "if we were served this, we'd come here every night".
