I went for a massage with a chiropractor this morning. My backs been bothered my recently and I was hoping she could crack my back in to place, but she was a little too gentle to make any real improvements.

I keep seeing kale chips mentioned everywhere so I decided to pick some up from Pret A Manger. I didn't really mind the taste of them but the smell was awful.

Hazel has grown up so much since I last saw her and she was lots of fun, inviting us to have a floor picnic and then play her instruments afterwards.

Miquette an Frazer gave us a bag of lovely presents when we were leaving and I can't wait to try some of the mead.
