    We took my Nana on a day trip to Glasgow today. It was only her second trip to the city and she was excited to see what she could remember from her trip years earlier.

      We started off with a trip around Kelvingrove Museum which had changed a bit since our last visit.

      The head sculptures hanging from the ceiling were really creepy.

    We took a walk up Byres road afterwards on the hunt for a coffee shop.

      We ended up at Tinderbox where I had an icebox latte.

    We snuck away from the family to see Laura who was pretending to be a mannequin in the window of a pop up shop nearby. It was funny watching everyone's reactions as she moved and they realised she was a real person.

      We went for a stroll around the Botanic Gardens afterwards and appreciated the warmth from the hot houses.

      There was an exhibit of carnivarous plants which looked really terrifying.

      Afterwards we up the Lighthouse to take in the views of the city.
