      After waking up in Pam's lovely cabin, we drove south to Idaho Falls where we stopped for a pumpkin shake at Scotty's Drive-In. It tasted like blended pumpkin pie filling.

      We then made a super quick stop at the Potato Museum in Pocatello, where you can see the World's Largest Potato and they give away "free taters for out-of-staters".

    It was then time to get back on the road and head south to Utah, a state we only managed to sneak in to for lunch on our last trip.

      We made our way to Salt Lake City and to Temple Square, site of the Mormon Cathedral and Tabernacle.

      We popped inside the Tabernacle which is the Mormon assembly hall and has such good acoustics that you can hear a pin drop from anywhere in the audience.

      Across the road was the new, much bigger, Mormon LDS Conference Center which seats over 21,000.

      We were given a tour of the building and our patient guide helped to explain the Mormon religion to us.

      The building was gigantic and even had a garden on top of the roof.

      We went for dinner at In 'N' Out where we were excited to discover we could order our grilled cheeses animal style which adds pickles and relish.
