We went for breakfast at The Souther with my parents this morning. I tucked in to their mushroom omelette which was tasty but a little overpowered by goats cheese and a Bloody Mary.

Afterwards we discovered diedododa, an amazing little shop hidden in a wall in Newington.

Deep underground, the shop is a treasure trove for repurposed furniture, art and homemade trinkets.

I loved this set of drawers made from several Ikea mini drawer sets stacked on top of each other. I might try and make one out of the ones we already have in our house.

Tom treated me to a sewing machine necklace, which is a perfect alternative for the antique Singer sewing machine I've always wanted.

In the evening, we went for a walk around town and warmed up with a coffee at the Cameo, where they dusted a Batman signal on my cappucino.
