      After a few days of hibernating, Tom and I finally decided to head out for some sales shopping.

    It gets dark so early at this time of year, so there was a gorgeous sunset while we were walking through the gardens.

      I always love looking at the weird expensive food in the delicatessen in Harvey Nicols after lunch.

      Assuming scorpion lollipops would break our vegetarianism, we settled for a pair of delicious sparkly cupcakes to take away with us.

      After a bit of shopping, we were exhausted from battling with the crowds and decided to relax with cocktails at TGI Friday. We'd never been before and wanted to see what the fuss was about.
