There's no humble way to say this but Tom is a coding genius - he's even got his own tag on AllFacebook.com to prove it. The amazing, life-changing thing he coded for me this month is a new app to manage my email called Chase-Up.com.

It works by tracking and organizing all of my emails with goals and template messages. I have a goal for each of the projects I manage on CO+K and it keeps track at which stage of these goals I'm on for each of my contacts. On top of that, it already has my template messages written out, so I'm able to answer emails with a click and empty my entire in box in a matter of seconds.

  3. Edit

The thing that would suck up all of my time in the past was having to chase people up who hadn't responded, which led to projects going stale. Chase-Up lets me decide how long I want to wait on a response, and if I haven't heard back, it chases them up automatically with a pre-written template email. It works amazingly well and Tom always giggles when I have an inbox full of emails starting with "sorry for the late reply".

And do you want to know what my favourite feature of all is?! It lets me know if someone has read my email (similar to Facebook messages) and I can work out if someone's ignoring me or just never got my email, so I can tailor my chase-up appropriately.

It's given me so much free time, so I can concentrate on the important things like finding new features. On average, I'd send about 10-20 requests a week but last week I sent over 200, so I'm getting at least ten times as much work done as I used to!

Now I just need to work out if I should kiss Tom for making it or be mad that he didn't make it sooner?!
