Today was Halloween - my favourite day of the year. Tom surprised me with a praline pumpkin from Coco and it was delicious!

We spent the day working away while listening to spooky music and carved our pumpkins.

I baked a batch of plain and chocolate macaroon shells and we filled them with absinthe laced white chocolate ganache, which tasted like absinthe milky bar.

In the evening, Nicole invited us over for drinks and "finger food", so I dressed up as dead kitty.
