    My parents came through to visit today and we started off at Craigie's Farm.

    It was quite a nice day for a change and there was a gorgeous view over the Forth.

    Afterwards we drove to South Queensferry.

    We stopped for lunch at Orocco Pier with an amazing view over the bridges.

    Afterwards we had a look around the town and in a few cute little shops.

    In the evening we headed to the Calley Sample Rooms where they were having a beer festival.

    I didn't have any beer but it gave me a chance to work on my embroidery. I'm working on a Sailor Girl embroidered book cover.

    We walked back along the canal and there was an amazing rainbow in the sky when we got home.
