The Icecreamists book arrived in the mail this morning. It's filled with so many amazing ice cream recipes that I can't wait to try.

It was the fifth day of my juice detox and I was starting to run low on ingredients. Luckily, carrots made a great base.

This juice was made from three carrots, a pear, lemon and ginger.

My parents came through in the evening and we went to see a Japanese movie called Rent A Cat at the Edinburgh film festival. It was so cute.

Afterwards we had to run off to the West End Festival to see Roddy Woomble play in a church.

We sat in pews and sipped on free peach vodka. It was a really good gig.
