    Today was the second day of my juice detox and I have to admit I've been feeling a little hazy. I kicked off the day with another apple, pear and pineapple juice and had the rest of my butternut squash soup for lunch. By 4pm I started to feel a little faint so we headed out to the Meadows so I could get a professional juice from Juiced Up!

    This one was made from apple, carrot, beet, cucumber, celery, spinach and had an extra energy boosting shot. It didn't taste great as the celery and spinach tastes were a little overpowering.

    In the evening I made the best juice yet from half a lemon and two apples. It tasted like lemonade and even Tom liked it.
