      Mum, Dad and Nana came through to visit today and we took a walk along the canal.

      We stopped for coffee and cake on a canal boat cafe.

      There was a dog called Sally who was a little big to live on such a narrow boat.

    We then went shopping in Morningside and stopped off at Napier to see Merchiston Tower where logarithms were invented.

      In the evening, Mum wanted to go for dinner at a pub in the country and we found the Melville Inn.
