    1. Edit

Jim & Christine came through to visit today and took us on a trip to Haddington.

    2. Edit

We went for lunch at the Peter Potter Gallery which had a lovely view over the river.

    3. Edit

I had a salad with butternut squash which was delicious.

It was such a lovely day for taking photos.

  2. Edit

We spotted a baby deer in the bushes as we made our way to the shore. It was so cute and stopped to look at us for a while before wandering off.

  3. Checkin at Seacliff Beach
    1. Edit

We went to Seacliff Beach which was amazing and only cost £2 to enter.

    2. Edit

Jim had spotted a hidden harbour on Goggle Maps (he's always finding strange things on the satellite view), so we went on the hunt for it.

We found it hidden in the rocks between the castle and a lighthouse.

    5. Edit

If I ever have to film a fantasy film then I'll shoot it on this beach. The only thing that was missing was a sunken pirate ship.

It was such a nice day to be on the beach which is weird for March in Scotland.

    8. Edit

Christine had brought binoculars and you could see all the birds on the Bass Rock.

  5. Facebook Checkin at Kingswood Hotel at 30 Mar 19:43
    1. Edit

It was my Nana's birthday in the evening, so we travelled back to Burntisland for dinner at the Kingswood. I gave Nana her rose brooch and she like it.

    2. Edit

I had a salmon and mousse cheesecake as a starter, which sounds like something from Come Dine With Me but was really nice.

    3. Edit

I also had a mushroom crepe which was quite nice.
