It's such a cool place but you have to time your visit right, otherwise you might get stranded not the island.

Dad got an ice cream which Mum ended up stealing most of, even though she had said she didn't want one.

We took along the Lomography Diana F+ to try out but Tom's scared that you can't wear it without looking like a hipster.

We walked out to the island where there were lots of people, including men with a metal detector who has just found part of a railing. I really want to hire a metal detector one day.

The island was used a lot during the war and is covered in abandoned buildings and shelters.

On the other side of the island you could see all the way to Burntisland.

I zoomed in on this photo and could see my Nana's roof!

We walked back to the shore, before the tide came in and went to see the falls.

  4. Facebook Checkin at Cramond Falls Cafe at 17 Mar 16:09
    1. Edit

We stopped for a drink at the Cramond Falls Cafe.

    2. Edit

We shared a chocolate muffin and had cappuccinos.

    3. Edit

It was so pretty in the garden and warm enough to sit out. I can't wait for the summer.

  5. Edit

After spending the day by the sea, we were in the mood for fish and chips so picked some up from L'Alba D'Oro on the way home.
