We've been doing a lot of tidying and de-cluttering in the flat this week. We've designated an "eBay box" for things we don't want anymore. Mousey popped out of the living room cupboard the other night and ran about in front of the TV for a few minutes. I'm not sure if I mentioned this at the time, but the night before the day I was going to set her free, she chewed a hole in the top of her cage and escaped. We didn't see her for ages and, when we found a bucket full of chewed lollypops in the bottom of Tom's cupboard, we presumed that was the reason she came up. After a bit more snooping, we found that she had made a little mouse nest under the graphics tablet in one of Tom's old computers too. I don't mind her stopping by to see us, it's nice to know she's still about.

I have been offered a couple of jobs from magazines this week, but I wont go in to details until I start work. I will be meeting up with Robert Colburn, from Belle + Sebastian / Reindeer Section, at some point in the next few weeks to do an interview. He was rather impressed by my Reindeer Section traffic sign.
