    I volunteered to cook eggs royale for everyone this morning. I hadn't realised how difficult it would be to poach eggs for seven people at once but they turned out good.

      We then went for a ride down the river on the Edmonton Queen paddle boat.

      It was so pretty watching looking at all the trees changing colour.

      Dad ordered nachos which were yellow, red and blue.

      We also had Hurricanes which were almost as good as the ones from New Orleans.

      Afterwards Mum, Tom and I went for a coffee in the very fancy MacDonald Hotel.

      I had a mandarin mocha which was delicious.

      Afterwards we went for a look around the gardens which were really pretty.

      We then went to get bubble tea in China Town.

      I had sesame flavour which was delicious. Afterwards our car battery died and we had to wait for an hour until my Dad came to rescue us.
