    We woke up in Oklahoma City this morning.

    We went for a walk around the Bricktown which was really pretty with canals running through it.

      They even sold cupcake flavoured toothpaste which I didn't trust to do the job.

    Everyone was gathered in the park to see a new skyscraper being topped off, hoping they might throw hundred dollar bills from the top.

      We stopped in to the American Banjo Museum to get a squished penny. America has a museum for EVERYTHING!

    We then got to drive along Route 66.

      We stopped at Pops Soda which was the coolest gas station ever with a giant light-up soda bottle outside.

      Pops holds the world record for stocking the most varieties of soda.

      We stopped for lunch and a couple of sodas.

      Our waitress kept practising her British accent on us and wrote this on our receipt... which I think means "appreciate it".

      We then crossed the state line in to Kansas.

      We stopped in Wichita briefly to see a craft shop one of the @[6308333870:Cut Out + Keep]ers recommended.

    The weather turned a little more stormy on the drive to Kansas City but luckily there were no tornados this time.

      We had dinner at Fritz's Railroad Restaurant.

      You sit in a booth and order food via a telephone.

      The food is then delivered to your table by toy train on a tray which drops down from the ceiling.
