    Using the past as an example, I've always been a lot more pro-active and adventurous when I had to blog everyday, so I really really really will try to blog more. It probably wont be every day, but even if it's only once a week, then that's better than nothing.

    I'm usually so terrible at making changes in my life and then sticking to them, but for the whole of 2008, I've been vegetarian. I started to realize how much I loved animals late last year and I'd always wanted to go vegetarian again (I use to be when I was younger), so I made it my New Year's resolution not to eat meat and I'm so proud that I've actually stuck to it!

    My second resolution for this year is to have a regular go-to-bed-and-then-get-up-at time. It was World Sleep Day on the 14th, so it's quite fitting. I'm thinking up by 10.30 am at the latest and bed before 2 am (except on special occasions) - does anyone else have strict rules like this? I've always had huge problems with sleep, I can't fall asleep at bedtime and then I'm so weak and tired in the morning. Any tips that people could give me would be highly appreciated this week. I'm going to start my new bedtime tonight, but I'm kind of cheating by having not slept last night and then staying up all today so that I'll be super tired at bed time (we'll just keep that a secret).
