Tom's parents came through to Dundee today and took us for lunch at a fancy little cottage.

After their visit, we had to rush off and catch the Megabus through to Glasgow.

We took the underground to Jane's. Tonight was her leaving party and the theme was tropical, so her flat was covered in flowers, palm trees, dinosaurs and other colourful things.

We ate watermelon which had been socked in rum for 5 days and I think I was the only person at the party who liked it.

We then played pass the parcel with a truth or dare twist. If you couldn't do what you were asked, you had to drink a shot and each layer had a prize. Tom won a rubber chicken that lays an egg when you squeeze it and I won some mini dinosaurs.

Laura, Rebethany and Seamus showed up and the party grew so busy and hot that we decided to sit outside on the grass and play with glow sticks. I managed to snap one in my eye, which was scary rather than painful.

Some poor drunk guy fell asleep in the hall and everyone decided to play buck-a-roo on top of him.
