      Today we went for a look around the the V&A. There's an amazing glass chandelier in the entrance way. I also loved the jewelry section, with all the sparkly rings, which are arranged to make a rainbow.

      I got some cute sewing-themed buttons from the shop. I’m going to turn them in to a charm necklace.

      Afterwards we went to Covent Garden, where Tom and I snuck off to munch on cupcakes from Candy Cakes.

      Tom got an awesome @[6281148998:Superman] t-shirt and I got a roll of candy print sticky tape from Artbox, a super cute shop filled with @[40444963499:Hello Kitty] and things @[512391479:Miquette] would love!

      In the evening we went to our local pub, the Skiddaw for dinner. I had a mushroom & quorn stroganoff and a pint of @[125153574986:Fruli]. We were sat over from @[111964775481724:James McAvoy] and his wife (we were trying to figure out why we recognised them). Late in the evening, some kids came in the pub trick or treating though it’s still one week until Halloween – London is strange!
