The Josyln Art Museum has free entry on Saturday mornings, so we headed along early to check it out.

The building was really pretty with a gorgeous fountain in the middle.

We had a look around the exhibits and I took photos of my favourite pieces.

They also had one of the giant glass sculptures by the same guy who did the one in the V&A.

We then had a look around the sculpture garden which had a giant pencil, birds nest and fountain of the Missouri river.

Tom's favourite was a cartoon wagon and he thought there should be more sculptures for kids.

Afterwards we walked to midtown where we did a little shopping and went for lunch at Blanc Beer & Burgers.

I ordered an amazing veggie burger with a portobello mushroom and gigantic sized cous cous.

We ordered a side of sweet potato fries which were served "a la cart" in a shopping trolley.

After lunch we went to see @[119622118068544:Horrible Bosses] at the cinema which was really funny.

We went for a Happy Hour drink in the bar afterwards. I ordered the pink cocktail which was advertised with "can't choose between cocktail or a cake? now you don't have to".

We then went for ice cream at the Cold Stone Creamery which was delicious and came in a giant cone with chocolate and nuts on.

We caught the free shuttle bus back to the Old Market and stopped in to Second Chance antiques so that I could buy some craft supplies and pet the kitties - I meet a new one every time I go in.
