This morning we had brunch with Emma and Ashley at Plan 9 before heading to a very disappointing chocolate festival on the South Bank.

Tom and I then went up to the top of the OXO Tower, where you can get a lovely view over the Thames.

We got Ben & Dave a housewarming present from SUCK and I got an awesome pencil sharpener shaped pen pot.

Afterwards, we decided to go on an adventure to Eel Pie Island, which is in the middle of the Thames, just off the shore of Twickenham (where they still have a Wimpy?!). Tom said that @[9096265052:Danny Wallace] once tried to take it over.

The island was tiny but full of interesting little buildings and cottage. One had doll heads in the garden.

Afterwards, we went for a wander around Richmond, which is a lovely posh area of London.

The town was full of lots of quirky things.

This house had a tree growing up the wall, which had twisted itself around the railings. If I’d lived there when I was younger, I’d have made my friends climb it and sneak in through the window.
