Goodbye Britain

    Today was our last day in the UK, so we spent it frantically packing. My Dad and I picked my Mum afterwork, so I got to see her van. She's a white van man!

      In the evening we went for a big family goodbye meal at the Roseleaf with my parents, my Nana and Tom's parents.

      Mum and I shared the risotto and a butternut squash salad. I then had a hot chocolate and they made me pancakes, even though they're only on the brunch menu.

      We were then dropped off at the bus station to catch our overnight bus to Heathrow where we said goodbye to the family.
