    Today was Tom’s birthday and he woke up to lots of cards and presents to open. Emma had left a cute gift bag filled with luxury beers outside the door for him to find. As well as his new guitar and record bag, I gave him a beer opener key, a book and this cute robots in love t-shirt, which @[275447902018:Lucy Farfort - Illustrator/Maker] (one of our illustrators at Snippets) had made especially for him.

    I also had @[886965370:Jess Smart Smiley] draw a cartoony portrait of us with T’s new guitar. We’re going to get it printed out, cover the guitar in glitter and put it in a frame.

      In the evening I treated him to a meal of mussels, frites and cherry Belgium beer at Belgo.

      Afterwards we headed to the Hawley Arms for a few drinks and a glass of jelly fried eggs and love hearts.
