It was my birthday today and when I woke up this morning, I found a package of Chanel goodies left outside the door by Emma and Tom had got me a rainbow zip bracelet, a Play TV so that I can record shows, wireless microphones for Singstar, Buzz, and a voucher for a makeover at MAC.
We jumped on the bus and headed to Primrose Hill. It was really early so the place was deserted.
Tom took me too the zoo to see the animals. I think they should give vegetarians and vegans a discount on the ticket price.
I really liked the giraffes, zebras, penguins, otters and lemurs.
The lemurs were so fluffy but not very active, as they're nocturnal.
The meerkats were super cute too.
I could have watched them all day.
The otters were lazing around enjoying the sun.
We later found out that today was the hottest day of the year, so they had the right idea.
Next we went to see the Lions who were also very sleepy.
The zoo had aviaries and a butterfly tent, which you could walk through.
There was an amazing mechanical coo coo clock outside the aviary.
We then went for a look around the aquarium.
We took my SLR camera and huge paparazzi lens, which was awesome for snapping the animals.
If you’re in Regent’s Park you should take a walk around the perimeter of the zoo, because you can see quite a few of the animals anyway.
Our last stop were the penguins who were adorable as always.
After the zoo, we headed to Ladurée, where Tom bought me a box of super fancy macaroons.
We enjoyed red velvet and carrot cake, while sitting in the red velvet seats, mmmmm.
Continuing our tradition of going to see cheesy girly films for my birthday, we went to see @[136581442952:Band Slam], which was actually quite enjoyable.
In the evening we headed home and ended up playing Buzz with Emma until the early hours. The new game lets you play online, against other sofas and we won against almost every team we played, we felt so smart!
