It was such a hot weekend, hopefully that’s the summer here to stay. On Friday, Ben, Claire & Lynz came over for 30p beers (which the Wine Rack were selling off fast) and stir fry, while we sat outside the mews. I showed off the embroidery skills of my new sewing machine and made Ben a royal hanky with his name and a crown stitched on it. Tom taught me how to play Lover I Don’t Have To Love on his roll-up piano – maybe there’s still hope for me musically yet!
