• In the evening, our local coffee shop Project Coffee was open late for a pop-up wine bar, so we invited Duncan and Alex along with us to check it out.
• 
• The evening was hosted by the <a href="https://winetubemap.co.uk/">Wine Tube Map</a> who have designed a tube map to help you navigate your way around wines, with varieties that are similar to each other in stations along the same tube line.
• We ordered flights of wine, so we could test a few and they came with bags of popcorn which changed the taste of the wine, making them less or more sweet. My new favourites are Pinot Verde, Reisling and Pinot Gris.
